What we collect
Account data (name, email, sign-in method, selected country) and order data (references, billing details, amounts, statuses, and any scored client list you explicitly send us for hand-checking). Your lead file itself is processed only in your browser and is never uploaded unless you choose to send it for a delivery.
Why we process it
To create and deliver your orders, email invoices and sign-in codes, provide support, and keep payment audit trails. Legal bases: contract performance and your consent.
How long we keep it
Account and order records: as long as needed for tax and dispute purposes (typically 7 years). Sign-in codes: 10 minutes. Your scored client list: only until delivery completes, then deleted on request.
Who we share with
Only the processors required to run the service: Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Upstash (database). We never sell your data.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection and portability. UK residents may complain to the ICO; EU residents to their local authority.
Cookies
One essential session cookie when signed in, and your own browser storage for working data. No advertising or tracking cookies.
